For many people, physical plans are more motivating. Use planners and calendars (or apps) to start writing down the things that you aim to accomplish and the routes to those accomplishments.
When you finish something, no matter how small, check it off of the list.
Sometimes people use motivation journals alongside their planners. Write your goals in these journals and try to keep everything positive. Read over the journals every time you’re feeling low to see if you’ve made any positive changes.

6. Interact With Motivated People
If you’ve been self-isolating due to a lack of motivation, it’s time to break out of that shell. Try pairing up with motivated friends, family members, and even new people to help get yourself back on track.
Motivated people uplift each other. They have the drive to succeed and their attitudes may uplift you.
